The Somatic EMDR Program is a structured, six to eight month individual therapy program that combines EMDR therapy with somatic approaches to attend to anxiety and trauma from the inside out.

This program is not open-ended therapy with no direction. It has a clear arc, a carefully sequenced structure, and a defined purpose: to help you build a fundamentally different relationship with your nervous system.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is one of the most well- researched trauma therapies today. It works by helping the brain reprocess difficult memories and experiences. Once processed, those memories lose their grip — and the anxiety they've been fueling begins to soften.

  • Somatic therapy works with the body as a primary source of information and healing. Rather than talking about your experience, you'll learn to track what's happening in your nervous system in real time.

The program unfolds across four phases, each building on the last. We move at your pace. The timeline flexes between six and eight months depending on what you need.

Sessions alternate between in-person and virtual throughout the program, so you get the depth of face- to-face work with the flexibility of meeting from home. Active processing sessions are held in person where possible.

    Phase 1 Weeks 1–8 Foundation

    We start by building safety. You'll learn to understand your nervous system, map your own anxiety patterns, and develop a reliable toolkit of body-based skills. No trauma processing happens here — just grounding, stabilizing, and building trust.

    PHASE II Weeks 9–20 Processing

    This is where the deeper work happens. We use EMDR to gently process the experiences and patterns driving your anxiety, with somatic awareness woven throughout. Your body guides the pace. We move slowly enough that you stay present the whole way through.

    PHASES III & IV Weeks 21–32 Integration & Freedom

    Processing creates space. Integration fills it. We rebuild a sense of who you are outside of anxiety; your voice, your body, your life. And we build a practical maintenance plan so the changes you make here last long after the program ends.

This program is built to support you

seven days a week, not just in the hour you spend in session. Every element is designed to extend into your daily life.

Weekly Individual Sessions

50–60 minute weekly sessions. Each session follows a structure that taps into deeper states. Allowing you to arrive, process, integrate, and ground in a safe and supported space. Sessions end with a clear idea of what comes next in the process.

Weekly Somatic Technique Videos

Each week, you get a short video filmed specifically for this program that teaches a body-based technique. These videos are casual, but drawn from aligned parts of EMDR, yoga, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, DBT and more. These are yours to keep.

Weekly Somatic Awareness Exercises

Between sessions, you'll work through structured somatic awareness exercises designed to deepen what we cover in session. These aren't homework in the traditional sense, they're invitations to get curious about your body and track your own healing in real time.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Jess, a psychotherapist specializing in trauma and anxiety.

Over the years, I’ve watched too many people in my personal life get lost in therapy. Spinning in circles. Putting in the work, showing up every week, but never quite breaking through to the other side.

That frustrated me. Because I also witnessed something else in my office. Clients beginning to discover themselves through deep and intentional work combining EMDR and somatic practices. Not just manage. But truly reconnect with who they are.

That’s why I created this program, to offer an integrated path. One that works beyond the surface, into deeper layers of the mind, body, and spirit. This program is designed to do the deep work now, so therapy doesn’t have to be forever. The goal is to get you back to yourself, and keep you there.

Within this structure, you’ll find 15 years of clinical training refined through thousands of hours of real, human connection in the therapy room. And it pays off.
